2 tsp filtered water

Toppings:
Lettuce, large leaves washed and dried (Iceberg or Romaine)
Tomatoes, diced
Cheddar Cheese
Mayo, homemade
Pickle, fermented

Combine burger ingredients in a bowl and mix well with hands.
Create 4 patties.
