Caulirice – Heal Something Good


1 head Cauliflower, washed and cut in chunks
3 tbl Shallots, finely diced
2 tbl Ghee
Sea Salt to taste
Fresh Cracked Pepper to taste
Opt. Rice Spice Blends (below)

Place chunks of raw cauliflower in food processor. Pulse until the pieces are the size of grains of rice.
Heat skillet on med-high. Add ghee and melt. Add shallots and saute until near soft.
Add in cauliflower and stir to combine well.
Add in Opt Spice Blend if using and stir.
Cover and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Serve in place of rice.

Caulirice Spice Blends:
1) 1/4 tsp Cumin, 1/4 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder, 1/4 tsp Turmeric, 1/4 tsp Hot Hungarian Paprika, Dash Cayenne
2) 1 tbl Coconut Aminos, 1/4 tsp Ginger, Fresh Scallions
3) 2 tbl Tomato Paste, 1/4 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder, 1/4 tsp Onion Powder, 1/4 tsp Cumin
4) 2 tbl Basil Pesto
5) 1/4 tsp Oregano, 1/4 tsp Rosemary, 1/2 tsp Lemon zest, 1/4 cup shredded Parm Cheese
6) 1/4 tsp Tarragon, 1/4 tsp Thyme, 1/4 tsp Oregano, 1/4 tsp Parsley, 1 tbl Coconut Aminos
