Baked Chicken Pieces

Chicken pieces with skin and bone
Citrus (Lemon, Tangerine, Lime, Orange)
Herbs (Sage, Rosemary, Oregano, Tarragon, Parsley)
Ghee or Olive Oils
Sea Salt
Fresh Cracked Pepper
Opt. Skin Rub

Preheat oven to 400F.
Rinse and pat dry chicken pieces very well.
Rub the skin with oil or ghee.
Top with salt and pepper.
Add additional skin rub spices if desired.
Arrange pieces skin-side down in pan and nestle citrus and herbs around them..
Bake for 30 min. Turn oven down to 350F and flip chicken over. Squeeze some citrus directly on the chicken using tongs.
Bake for additional 30-40 min until crispy and brown.
If you used an organic chicken, save the bones and pan drippings for making broth.
