1 can pole-caught Tuna, lightly drained
1 med-large fermented Pickle, diced
1-2 tbl homemade mayo
Real Salt & Fresh Cracked Pepper
Combine all in bowl and mix well. Eat with carrot and celery sticks or root veggie chips. (I like Terra brand because of the expeller pressed oil.)
Note: Add-ins – small amount of minced white onion, green onion, celery or salt-brined olives
