Whole Chicken or Chicken Thighs, Pieces
Rosemary Sprigs
Sea Salt
Fresh Cracked Pepper
Olive Oil or Ghee
Rinse and pat dry chicken.
Place chicken in slow cooker.
Rub skin with olive oil or ghee. Top with salt and pepper.
Add in sprigs of rosemary and cover.
Turn slow cooker on high for one hour.
Turn down to low for one more hour.
Flip chicken over. Ignore for two more hours on low.
Save chicken bones and drippings to make chicken broth after removing meat.
