2 tbl Tahini
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 Lemon, juiced and zested
1/2 – 1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp Hot Hungarian Paprika
Sea Salt
Fresh Cracked Pepper

Steam cauliflower until soft. Place in food processor.
