Muscle Testing – Heal Something Good

Muscle Testing

IMG_6808Here, let me tell you the secrets:

Believe yourself when you tell yourself something and you get better at telling yourself the truth.

Even if you are “wrong,” learn to think of it as “right” because it’s for your greater good, all this learning. After awhile, all your answers really will be “right.”

Practice testing all the time, for everything, until it’s second-nature to you and you hardly think about where/how/who. It just is.

Everyone finds their own way that works best for them. You can’t do this “wrong.”

Once you are certain your polarity is correct and your energy is free-flowing, try these methods and find what works for you. If you have trouble, drink a glass of water, correct your polarity, charge your energy and try again.

Sticky Fingertips
-Place the tips of your index finger and your thumb together. Run them together in a circle and back and forth. This is Neutral.
-Say to yourself, “My name is __________.” (Say your correct name.) Feel the tension and resistance in your fingertips get stickier. This is strong.
-Say to yourself, “My name is Frank (or any *incorrect* name).” Feel the tension and resistance in your fingertips slip and get looser. This is weak.

Sticky Fingertips Version 2
-Place the index finger of your non-dominant hand on the surface of the table, notebook cover, back of your cell phone, or pretty much anything that is smooth but not too slick, and rub in a small circle and back and forth. This is neutral.
-Say to yourself, “My name is __________.” (Say your correct name.) Feel the tension and resistance in your fingertip get stickier against the surface. This is strong.
-Say to yourself, “My name is Frank (or any *incorrect* name).” Feel the tension and resistance in your fingertip slip and get looser. This is weak.

Open Mouth
-Use your middle finger and thumb to create a circle with your non-dominate hand.
-Use the thumb and index finger like pliers to pry it open from the inside, like a mouth. This is neutral.
-Say to yourself, “My name is __________.” (Say your correct name.) Feel the strength and resistance in your fingertips staying together as you try to pry them open. This is strong.
-Say to yourself, “My name is Frank (or any *incorrect* name).” Feel the strength and resistance in your fingertips staying together weaken and open easier. This is weak.

Open Mouth Version 2
-Use your middle finger and thumb to create a circle with your non-dominate hand.
-Take the index finger of your other hand, place it in the center of the Open Mouth and try to swipe it in between your closed fingertips. This is neutral.
-Say to yourself, “My name is __________.” (Say your correct name.) Feel the strength and resistance in your circled fingertips staying together as you try to slip through them. This is strong.
-Say to yourself, “My name is Frank (or any *incorrect* name).” Feel the strength and resistance in your circled fingertips staying together weaken and your index finger will slip through easier. This is weak.

Finger atop Finger
-Using your non-dominant hand, place your middle finger atop your index finger. Gently press down with your middle finger. That is neutral.
-Say to yourself, “My name is __________.” (Say your correct name.) Feel the strength and resistance in your index finger get stronger and resist pressure. This is strong.
-Say to yourself, “My name is Frank (or any *incorrect* name).” Feel the strength and resistance in your index finger weaken. This is weak.
