General Overeating |
Eat real fats, high-quality proteins and real fruit sugars occasionally in your meals. Eat at regular intervals throughout the day, not allowing yourself to get too hungry. Cut out processed foods and sugar. |
Sugar and Sweets |
Eat a little fruit or dark chocolate along with some protein or cruciferous veggies. |
Bread & Carbohydrates |
Eat proteins like meat, poultry, fish, eggs and dark, leafy greens which have nitrogen. Eat a baked potato with butter. Try sourdough bread made from real sourdough starter and not from yeast. (Check the label.) |
Salty Foods |
Hydrate with water and fresh squeezed lemon. Eat high-water-content fruit or veggies like celery, which has sodium, potassium, magnesium, chloride, and phosphorus, or apples which have potassium, or half a banana which is high in potassium and magnesium. Drink a little coconut water. |
Fried Foods |
Eat real, whole fats like avocado, ghee, coconut oil and olive oil on top of cooked dark greens. Top with real salt and fresh cracked pepper. Make oven fries. |
Caffeine |
Try a small portion of steak or dried fruit like figs or prunes. If you don’t want to do red meat, eat some chicken or fish and add dark, leafy greens and dried figs or prunes. Eggs are also rockstars. |
