Blackened White Fish

2 large White Fish Fillets, rinsed and dried well
2 tbl Ghee
Spices:
Hot Hungarian Paprika
Chipotle Chili Powder
Sea Salt
Pepper
Ground Mustard
Cumin
Onion
Oregano
Thyme
Dash Cayenne

Mix 1 tsp each spice in small bowl and stir to combine. Sprinkle evenly over both sides of each fillet.
Heat ghee in pan over med-high.
Fry fish for about 2-3 minutes each side. Set on paper towel to release excess fat.
Serve with Mango Salsa.
